At My Brother's Keeper the child's needs are assessed, individualized programming and treatment planning is applied, and the child is linked with a network of support that stays intact... even after program discharge.
Residential Group Home
Trauma informed care is the foundation of our program. We offer a nurturing, home-like environment that supports our children's growth and development. We provide care and supervision 24/7, and offer an unlimited support and encouragement on a daily basis.
Therapeutic Linkage
Clients are referred to community-based therapeutic providers for treatment evaluation, intervention, and ongoing support. This is called continuity of care... whereby therapeutic services remain in place even after program discharge and the child return home.
Aftercare Support
We believe that staying connected with the child after discharge minimizes disruption. We help families by keeping a child's supports in place as they return home. Our Registered Nurse and Licensed Independent Social Worker are strong advocates in holding step-down plans to the highest standard.
